Procedures

    1.Each student who wishes to be considered for credit transfer must fill the Credit Transfer Form via online and print out the form. The Exam & Record Unit will make an announcement on the credit transfer application date. The URL for credit transfer application is: https://icems.mmu.edu.my/ocrTransfer/index.jsp Please check the latest notice from Exam & Record Unit in case of any changes. The notice will usually be posted on the Bulletin Board.

    2.He/she will discuss with the academic staff members of the Credit Transfer Committee. He/she must bring along with him/her the detailed syllabus, the official transcript (for Bahasa Kebangsaan A, please bring SPM certificate or your transcript that proved that you have passed MPW2113 Bahasa Kebangsaan A during FOSEE/Diploma or other previous studies) and the credit transfer online form that has been printed out.

    3.If necessary, a viva may be conducted to test the level of the student during the discussion.

    4.The student may be required to show a sample of the examination paper should the need arises.

    5.He/She should submit the completed form to the faculty office immediately after the application recommended by the respective academic staff. Confirmed result will be announced within 2 weeks. He/She can check the result online in the Student Information Centre at https://icems.mmu.edu.my/sic/index.jsp

    6.Award of credit transfer will be based on the academic and faculty requirement and shall be at the discretion of the Dean.
