First of all, which airport? There's like half a dozen in the southern part of the peninsular alone (I'm being a dumbass here, but so are you for not specifying  ). There's a bus from Melaka Sentral that goes directly to LCCT, that's the one I took to get to LCCT for my holiday to OZ but there's only two trips (one morning, the other is in the afternoon). Or you could like, charter a bus or something since there's a bunch of you going or go the previous day in order to save time and energy because going last minute isn't really smart, and leaving 4 hours before a flight is last minute unless you're staying near the airport itself because you could run into unexpected problems like vehicular breakdown or what not.
