Cyberjaya rooms never come cheap- one single room in Cyberia could cost at least 300 unless you're really lucky. SK is cheaper alternative if got car.

SRC room got electricity. same goes to a few offices and I remember I saw lights at FIT building.

how far is SK from MMU?, currently i travel daily around 60KM to MMU on my kapcai, so somewhere in cyberjaya would be good enough.

Ur backside no hurt ar?

SK is 15KM. With the road behind q-cells open, you have more options.
Taman Puchong Utama is just 10KM away through that road though it may be quite dark during the night. Houses there are competitive to price in SK, maybe cheaper if you look around

That area is quite confusing to me. I thought SK and Serdang are two different places? Or Serdang is a district while SK an area which is part of the district, like Brickfields being an area in KL ?
