Are you in FOSEE waiting to go to Beta?
If yes then you CANNOT register for Beta subject.However you're required to register the subject that you failed & you need to attend those classes in case you flunked that subject & need to retake it.

If you in Beta/Gamma bla2,register your subject online.The registration link is in mmu site.Quite easy if you know the subject code.
If the class is full or you have any other problem with the online system,take the manual registration paper from your faculty,get the signature from the lecturer that teaching the subject that you want to take,you AA signature & faculty permission (ask any kakak in your faculty who should sign it).

Special Exam =/= Supplementary Exam

First of all even after years of experince in kopitiam I still had hard time understanding what you typed.

The answer is simple.You already take supplementary.So you cannot take special exam.You can only take either 1 of them.
You must meet some specific criteria in order to be allowed to take special exam.

It's roughly equivalent to Android's N900.You can hack the hell out of Nexus S since it's completely open.There is MeeGo port for it also.

Since my N900 showing some sign of wear & tear after heavy abuse I'm looking for another device.Kinda hoping any HTC or Samsung will release an Android device with physical keyboard.
I'm already half feet ready to take one last plunge for Nokia with their N9.

So far the candidates of replacements are Nokia N9,SGS II & HTC Doubleshot (not announced yet).

But nothing can & will replace N900.The abilty of running desktop class linux on mobile OS & all the hacking I did to improve the performance is simply fun.Plus cracking WEP/WPA abilty is an plus point.

Is there any other phone that can run 3 different OS? I don't think so

Very few students with couple of loose screws in head dare to take 7 papers for finals in single sem.I did that once before.Exams are still ok but the amount of classes will shitbrix you.
