It feels very solid. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It works pretty well with the Ipad and Iphone, but as the description on Amazon states "Best for typing and selecting rather than "dragging"." This is not meant for handwriting, but it does a pretty decent job at most other things. Short drags are effective most of the times. There are times when it doesn't seem to want to pick up but it is usually a great tapping stylus. I did use it to paint a picture in Canvas, a watercolor style.
