Dear guys need advise,

I am planning to hack existing toilet back wall & build another toilet side by side
seperate with brick partition & different enterance.
Due to space limatition aprox 8x5 feet, I am planning to remove everything
& replace with smaller units (like in pictures) together with intallation of 2 heaters & 1 ventalation fan.

Any idea how much estimated cost ? workmanship, simen, tiles, door, bricks etc.
I am buying the bowls, basin, heaters, ventalation fan etc..

thx in advance icon_rolleyes.gif

yesterday just went out bathroom shops. thinking of getting a one piece toilet. look awesome. price ranging from rm450 to rm2000++!
then the shop told me that installation cost will be the same or nearly similar to the cost of that toilet..eg, toilet rm450 , fees=rm400. isit true?
johnson suiise good or not?
any problem about one piece toilet?

The only problem with one piece is they are more expensive compared to two piece. Installation for WC including removing the old 1, i think no nd RM400+ so exp. If u r doing a few bathrooms, should b around RM 200.

Johnson Suisse is a reliable and good brand, that is why they are more expensive compared to Brandless WC imported from CHINA. They have technicians here to assist u if u have problem, for CHINA WC, u nd 2 settle the problem urself.

For more info and good prices, u can drop by my showroom. Preferably to PM me before coming.

thanks zheilwane .actually im very keen to use your service(you are a frequent here and got lotsa good feedback) and buying all my renovation stuff from you..(includes all from the kitchen up to the bathroom).. the only problem is, im in penang. sweat.gif so far away, the cost aint gonna be cheap anymore i think.

johnson Suisse branch having a sale here. still contemplating between inno and JS..
the one piece seems so irrestible. really look nice.
already contact my contractor, he will do it for rm100 per bathroom.but i must buy it myself.the shop really "cekik darah" quoting rm400.

Hi zheilwane,

how about the Fotile hood and hob installation? do they provide free installation also?

also the after sale service, assuming one have problem, do they have fotile service center in Pg or nothern region? Need to directly engage fotile since you are in KL area. nod.gif

Fotile has dealers all over malaysia, so they do provide after sales service. Anything wrong, jus give me a call or call FOTILE and they will get some1 to go to ur house and fix. Delivery is free but installation is not. I only provide installation service in KL area with a minimum fee.

dont mind anyone coming, as long as your team can carry it up in one piece hhehehe

blasto, buy from him, you can say you can get cheaper somewhere else blah blah, but service is more important imho..

usually ppl dont carry up non lift area (my tiles delivery till ground floor only for e.g.) so small things like this is important..my toilet contractor's ppl carried it up for me out of goodwill and zean said he will carry it up for me considering the wc/bowls is from his ppl, so more exp hehe

when my toilet finish i will seek your advice for my wooden floor heheh, saw your other post!

enjoy and goodluck! thumbup.gif

"the wc/bowls is from his ppl, so more exp hehe" yup, they are more experience, been carrying everyday. At first i thought u wrote exp = more expensive ahha. Most shops wouldnt wan to carry up as, if they accidentally drop it, then they are responsible for it. So, if ur men carry up and accidentally break it, u need to buy a new 1, there goes another RM 600+ per toilet bowl. Quite risky..

LYN Forumers, Click on the link below if u r looking for Johnson Suisse toilet bowl or basin.
