I just called Pos Malaysia via 1-300-300-300 about the parcel. It seems like they were trying to deliver it yesterday but I'm not too sure why but it was returned to post office. WTF??!!

There's this malay girl named Hani who attended my call. Really nice and sweet voice. At least the call centre are nice while the post delivery sucks. LOLZ! She gave me another reference number for formal inquiry. I'll see within this week. Hopefully will get it by next week or so.

Before I made the call, I check through Pos Malaysia website...

I doubt they did the delivery in the first place. Mine is registered post. I pay extra for it and in return, I would expect better service. If it's the same shitty service that they (Pos Malaysia) churn out, why bother to get registered post in the first place, right?

I called hem again and the customer service staff ask me to wait for 6 working days. She even said that I don't have to cancel the purchase. If there's still no favourable answer/reply from Pos Malaysia, I'm going to screw them REAL HARD!
