I've just purchased a house and would like to build a wet kitchen extension. What happens after the plans are approved by the Majlis? Do I have to inform them when the construction works start? Is there any certification by the Majlis after construction has finished?

ya,u have to do submisson to majlis as i done before...but u dun have to inform them as u alredi have the approval form with u...

The main contractor for your extension will get all the relevant authorities approval for you.If you need assistance or design for your kitchen can PM me

1. Get renovation permit approval from majlis including plan approved by architect (own architect @ majlis panel architect) for your kitchen extension

2. After submission plan done & approved, majlis give u permit sticker to start your renovation.

3. After completion your renovation, majlis will check and make sure your kitchen extension follow their guidelines & rules based on plan submission before.

4. After majlis satisfied, CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) will be given to u.

*CCC Form complete & sign by Architect
