Most probably the bathroom that u r using alpha is using direct water while masteroom is from water tank. It is impossible for any heater without pump to have better water pressure than one with pump. Added on May 11, 2011, 10:32 pmQUOTE(zie86 @ May 11 2011, 12:15 AM) I heard that if u are staying condo, no need with pump. But if landed, u need it. Is that true? U r rite, usually condo do not need pump unless 1) Ur unit is at the top and your condo do not have a master pump. To have strong pressure, ur unit must b minimum 4 floors below the top floor. 2) Ur condo is very old and the pipes from tank to ur unit and the pipes inside ur unit are clogged. Just turn on some taps in ur unit to test the water pressure, if strong den no nd pump lo. This post has been edited by zheilwane: May 11 2011, 10:34 PM

My water heater (I think Pana) less than two years. Sometimes can hear some noise (maybe from pump?) . Sometimes the heater turn off but pump still working so got water but not hot. After a while the hot water might work normally. What is the advice? Should I change a new one?
