From a specs point and price, Optimus 2X wins. But specs is only a reference point - one needs to feel the phone - its UI and your interaction with it. Has never tested any SE Androids but to date most reviews of present and previous will not get you excited about it. Plus SE's poor history of updates - it is now only for its die-hard fans. However this Arc model seems impressive enough that most web reviews rank it well. Well, we will have a chance to know it better this Saturday.

good point! i saw the benchmark photos from a taiwan web, arc score 1700+ ..kinda impressive for a single core and using timescape UI.. so i am waiting Benny to give us more feedback after the preview launch 

but ... even got stock here, i think u oledi play till wan sell off oledi follow ur speed of changing hp..  cant even chase up u. 

better screen due to higher resolution , lighter , slimmer , oh ya , a webcam built in ........ pretty nice but havent try 3G gaming , should b smoother than ipad . Angry bird make no differences ...

Today I receive 3 SMS from 3 separate sellers  offering Optimus 2X at RM 2299 to RM 2300. Seems stock in today already in KL. Well, time to compare it with the Arc which hopefully will be under RM 2k

Im sorry but if im not mistaken Q1 ends in March and April is early Q2.

Just pointing out that its not such a long wait.

for u maybe yes..for me, i duno..cos i dun even touch and feel the 2x b4..so don really know pro and cons for both.. but the design of LG really a bit plan and dull..   yet this also depend on ppl's taste.. mayb someone will say its nice.. so dun change..get both..then leave one at last after u feel which one should be out from ur sight.. haha

ARC felt really premium phone but SGS2 didn't. They should have gave more that metallic material for side frame to give them prettier look.

hmm..got from sgs II forum.. seems like the build of arc is really fantastic.. 

taiwan ppl got their arc oledi..so many doing unboxing photos now..  but the free gift they got not same like us here.. at least we here got more things from the box this time.. 

this is the freegift they got.. leather case、MH110、MW600...they got 2 headset.. 

sigh..make me  hopefully all the normal  hp shop will got free gift attached.. dun later they 'eat' themselves.. my place's hp shop some will do this cheap thing... then give u like a bit cheaper price... 

AP set rm1900++ and ori set rm2099...hmm..and maybe rm2000+ can get also..dun see the point getting AP set oledi if in that case.. apart from u get the chance to enjoy it earlier than other..
