Hi. 1 full year ccris record is only for those who work in non gov/listed/mnc company or self employ.You should not have any problem to apply citibank card even u dont have any record in ccris provided u are working in mnc/gov/listed company.
As far as i know not all bank look in 1 yr ccris. U can try Uob cc. Easy to approve.
