mine shuts down once it hits 70.
usually around 64-65.

is it rented from fragnetics? their servers have been lagging in recent weeks

not from fragnetics. according to [MYG]digolbot, its some french company but the server is located in singapore

Check if you have dust blocking the heat sink. Mine had the same problem after some vacuum cleaning it can run fine.

with dust it hits 70
after cleaning it settled around 65 at load with my current settings.

That's good. With my previous Radeon 2600 it goes to 90C because the dust has totally sealed the air flow and crashes every time I run 3D game.

yep. located in oceania. initial plan to host the server in singapore was scrapped though
