b.) to construct 2’(h) x 28’(l)brick wall fencing c/w 3’(h) x 28’(l) ms grille  ---RM2,000
c.) to conceal existing drain c/w pvc piping  ---RMRM600 ~

2.) Labour charges for laying floor tiles c/w cement & sand  for car porch. (727sq.ft )  ---RM3,600
a.) labour charges for laying skirting c/w cement & sand (120”)  ---RM240
b.) labour charges for removal of existing  floor tiles  ---RM1.00 PER SQ/FT
c.) to extend 128”x180”(w)  car porch roof to side c/w rc pillars, roof tiles, ceiling, footing , rc beams & removal of existing pillars  ---RM9,000
d.)to supply & install one(1) unit 4’(w) x 10’(l) poly carbonate awning c/w 2.5’ x 10”brick walls for air well  ---RM1,500 ~

3.) to extend 5’x22’ existing kitchen toward backyard c/w modification of existing roof tiles, rc footing, rc beams, pillars, concrete floor, brick walls, with top awning.  ---RM1,300
a.) to supply  & install  2 units 4’x6’ & 1 unit 2’x6’ na aluminium sliding windows.    ---RM1,800
b.) labour charges for laying wall tiles up to 7’(h) (504sq.ft)  ---RM2,500
c.) labour charges for laying floor tiles for laundry area(212sq.ft)
d.) to supply & install 4 units tap in/outlet points  ---RM1,200
e.) to construct 1 unit 13' concrete tables c/w labour for laying tiles  ---RM1,300
