Is it normal but i think in order to fully charge an Ipad from say 5% will take a few hours. I think bout 2-3 hours if I am not mistaken.
I normally charge it when i go to sleep and only off the charge the next morning. I dun think there is a problem since it can autocut the charging when it's full.
Somehow i think the charging took quite a long time.

Yes, it's take about 4hours to fully charge on your iPad by using Original iPad Charger. Try beware of compatible charger (dont use iPhone Charger) because those charger below 2A (you can found this specification on your charger) will take longer time to charging your iPad.
