Question regarding armor calculation, Using unit tester

I tried experimenting the unit tester custom map.
A fully upgraded ultralisk, which would have a total 7 armor vs a zergling with a basic attack of 5.
By right, the zergling would not do any damage to the ultralisk coz the ultra has 7 armor compare to the zergling who attacks with only 5. But when I do a testing, the ultra received about 1 damage for each attack from the ling.
This also goes to the larvae which has armor i think about 10.
Anyone can explain?

there is a minimum damage. something like 0.5 damage if i remember correctly. go lurk chinese forum, they are fking good with the calculation.

calculate something like this formula? Total damage Resistance = 1 - ((1 - 25%) x (1 - 30%) x (1 - 40%)) = 1 - ((1 - 0.25) x (1 - 0.30) x (1 - 0.40)) = 1 - ((0.75) x (0.7) x (0.6)) = 1 - 0.315 = 0.685 or 0.69 = 69% not sure is that correct. @@ as i know atk 10 ,14 armor means deal 10dmg to all type meanwhile 14 dmg to armored type unit
never knew got reduction like in warcraft 3 =.=a i dun think got reduction

OTOH,
I cannot seem to get any comprehensive information on psionic armor, what does it reduce primarily, spells perhaps eh ;p Anyone has a clue?

psionic mean receive normal dmg no extra from light type dmg or armored dmg~

@ SiewKaiz Thanks! When I run through Protoss Dark and High Templar = Light, Biological, Psionic armor type. So what does this mean? They're light and psionic, so how does it work then? http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Psionic, my only resource at the moment, alas doesn't give ultimate definition on psionic armor.

It's sometime confusing when units like overlord and viking are armored but starts with 0 armor.

The BakarAyam is right. As for the mininum dmg, i believe it's 0.5 per hit iirc
