hi guys, just got my laptop yesterday which runs vista home premium...what i need to know is, why is my laptop abit laggy?for example opening applications or just normal usage of it. issit because i only have 1 gb ram? my specs are c2d 1.8, geforce go 7600 and 1 gb ram.

by the way, my new comp which runs vista starts up and shuts down very slowly....does it happen to you guys as well?

Laggy in term of wat application when u open? I had C2D 1.6, IGB Ram 128mb GC and still running smooth..

hmm...my laptop starts and shuts very slowly....i just tried restarting a few laptops in the shop and they are all just as slow....much slower than xp....as for the lag, i mean just normal usage and navigation....or i would just say that its slow....much slower than xp as well...what do you think is the problem?
