I was planning on an upgrade to Vista but the store I sent it to found out that the Driver for my sound card won't work for it... damn I was looking forward to get me some aero.

And also, I agree with you on Ultimate, its just not worth it, since most of us are just using home computers.. but we'll miss ultimate extras like dreamscene and so on..
