waiting bootsplash n im panic right nao coz readme said it will be in bootsplash after 4 minutes.. nao im waiting over 10 minutes.. 

For me this phone design quite ok, the main attraction was its spec hehehe

"Calibration needs to be done after flashing a new ROM. This program does it by removing the batterystats.bin system file. The OS generates a new clean batterystats file soon, does any fake information from the previous ROM is removed.
It's suggested, but not necessary, to let the phone fully discharge after calibration, then charged to 100% without break."

The app shows your actual battery status, and only allows you to start the calibration (i.e. removes the file) when it's fully charged.

BUT REMEMBER TO DO A NANDROID FIRST....

i can online at office, but hide hide, haha
i dl most of the roms during working hours , 

cm7 still drain alot of battery , did anyone here fix the boot sceen issue for the Phantom evo rev3b ??

issue on rev3b on my phone .

- boot screen blurr
- cant boot to recovery

After that, execute this command on fastboot:
fastboot flash splash *2-splash.img
2nd method that i havent try yet(if dare to try)

Try to rename it to splash.img and place it in sdcard.

Then open android terminal and input this commands

su
flash_image splash /sdcard/splash.img

If it works, good, if not and you get out of memory errors, nothing bad will happen.

you are using what windows?
windows 7 automatically can obtain the drivers..
windows xp not tested yet..
i think i have the driver.. will check on it later and posted it if i found the solution
