and now come out this ...

I flash from rev3 to rev3b because i got stuck at boot animation after i use the script to upgrade . So i have to flash all over again . 

My first flash to rev3b . My screen goes white and stuck

I got a bad boot screen of Phantom evo 
I manage to start the phone for second flash . The boot speed is very fast ! Just that the boot screen is bad 

But i cant reboot my phone to recovery 

me too can boot.. just spoil on boot screen.. other function working well..
just problem in the configuration auto convert to ext4 partition..

got bug at cm7, usb tether not working

yesterday evening i flashed CM7 the battery around 60 % can last till this afternoon (before it turn off itself).. about 14 hours +

will try fully charge today to see how long the battery could last

yea i agree.. even in standby it cannot save battery much..
but will explore gingerbread for at least a a week

My configuration: CM7 stable, 2G only, data disabled, partial animation.

Charged the battery till full at 12.35am. Idle till 6.45am when alarm went off. 87% left. Same as stock Eclair, maybe better.

Went to school. Played lots of Angry Birds to pass time. Have every version but mostly playing Rio. Played a total of approx. 2 hours. From 1.30pm till now back home didn't touch the phone. 34% left. Almost matched previous usage if not for the phone running at full 600MHz now while playing game.

Conclusion: I'm satisfied with the performance. Am sticking to it. Recommended for people who don't use 3G/data.

Download this 1st : Corrext Splash Screen

Go through this tutorial:

After that, execute this command on fastboot:
fastboot flash splash *2-splash.img
2nd method that i havent try yet(if dare to try)

Try to rename it to splash.img and place it in sdcard.

Then open android terminal and input this commands

su
flash_image splash /sdcard/splash.img

If it works, good, if not and you get out of memory errors, nothing bad will happen.

I don't subscribe to internet plan. So can't really test it.

lol .. If got time i sure flash one =D currently very love my rev2d battery life .
