Yup it works for your Honda City Vtec 2009. The 16pin obd2 socket is usually placed under your dashboard, between steering wheel and gas pedal.

No woh.. But it should be turn off itself if your car is not turn on.. Otherwise have to pull it out manually when you're not working...
