Hi.. i tried on my Toyota Wish NFL 2006 but my bluetooth reader is the mini white color and it didn't work sad.gif .. message says cannot communicate to ECU (after trying all the protocols).. but as i tried it on my friend Preve it works fine.. hmm.gif ... so is it different type of reader compared to yours (the blue one) or what..

It's the same. It depends on the software actually, the device just acts as a bluetooth dongle. One thing you could try is by trying it with other software and apps.

Are u referring to the software of the dongle? Wish 2007 and 2006 is the same..or is it because of different variant of 1.8 and 2.0 because the engine technology is different so the ECU might be different.. because last time you didn't mention the cc..

Yup the software for the dongle. It should be the same, but different countries might have different ecu sometimes. Also depends on the engine itself and other variables. Try testing it with other software besides using torque pro, like dashcommand, carista, pc scanmaster etc.

Only for Android. iOS maybe can but I'm not sure how you're going to do it with the bluetooth locked to only apple devices.

Nop it couldn't works on Ford cars. Their protocol is some sort different from the standard obd2 code. The developers are still working on it. Currently only ford scanners can do that.
