Never has such issue. Do a factory reset and avoid install cracked system apps,

I have bought a set of soft resin back case. Anyone interested - PM me ; I am not making any money - just to sell these extra off to cover my petrol going to post and costs posting to you. Just RM 12 each only - one each red, purple, transparent, dark blue available
The resin is soft and is a perfect fit to the incredible S. I have taken the black color. It is very nice and the back bulge has a nice small honeycomb pattern

That is spb shell 3D another alternative home launcher

I bought spb shell using my rooted galaxy tab. Then I extract the Apk n copy it to the incredible s. No need root to run it
You need root to access paid apps market which not possible now

Added on April 13, 2011, 11:34 pmI bought the spb shell but I understand that those ( from Xperia users ) who install the apk from ahem sources when launch, it will check online the purchase status. Apparently some users said can get it working but some cannot. Those that could get it working highlighted after reset it default back to HTC Sense and you need to relaunch the app again. Anyway if you like it, buy it and save yourself all the trouble

If unable to detect, than install the android usb drivers - download android sdk from http://developer.android.com/sdk/
Run the file, than go to where you have extracted the files, launch SDK mamanger to install the android usb drivers

Download the SDK - run it. It will extract into a folder ( you can define where you wish to extract or it will auto install ). After install locate the folder and find SDK Manager - run it

And please do not give excuse being noob - did you ever go and research what this sdk is about ? I have given you the link - there are guides and help there . If you are not sure spend time reading it

Install on PC, run on PC - it installs the generic Android USB drivers

There will be cahrge as it is not under warranty . I wionder whether they have the part for it since so new. ANyway can get such back covers at ebay ( not original ) for about US$10 to US$12. The original will cost about RM 100+ at HTC service centers

this type of problem and related sudden resets is usually due to software - probably those warez/cracked apps which are installed. There was an article by Google few months ago about such apps causing instability. Avoid at all costs such especially system utilities apps You can easily test this - do a hard reset - do not install such apps and you will no longer see such issues

Actually all such issues, first thing to do is to factory reset. Install only apps from Market and observe whether such reboots recur. If still recurring, than send in to claim
Some tips ( some might disgaree ) : DON't use task killers. If you want to use , use only one type. Some guys are so crazy they install more than one type - these apps will affect your system stability. I don't use task killers at all, after all Google already said is not necessary but some people just refuse to believe it, thinking it will help the phone be faster and save battery life

For those facing reboots even after hard reset, it is best you make claim for a new set. Since the phone is still so new, should not drag it further

TYes. This is the unique and selling point as so far only this phone has this feature. It is not a defect..

This is HTC Official statement from their site about the rotatable soft buttons:

I was surprised to read that Digi takes it back acknowledging it is a problem !! But not surprising as most counter sales staff are usually not knowledgeable about the technical details
