My IS rebooted about 3 times this week without giving any error. Mine is HT12 and it's AP. Can ask HTC Malaysia?

However not the same problem as i experienced. What my problem was that as you are looking at you phone , if you tilt it to any sides, you can clearly see the landscape button appearing. That mean the phone is still in portrait mode but you can see both the landscape & portrait button icons together.

I can confirm that this replacement one i got DOES NOT have the problem.
No matter which extreme angle i look at it the landscape button icon does not appear.

FYI.
1. This problem seem to happen only on the back & search button.
2. The 'light leakage'(posted by ckming21) is normal, but the double appearing icon is NOT
3. It seem the most visible when looking from extreme upright. That mean looking down at your phone buttons from top.

I think thats all. Hope i clarified some of your question about the buttons.

I went to the one in Glenmarie the HQ. Bring together the box cover and your receipt/invoice.

Remember to backup your phone though.

They will take the only the box & phone.
Box only the cover.The one with your IMEI & S/N printed on.
If they change a new one, they will also change the box, check the IMEI on the phone and on the box to make sure it matches.

How did u tell them ? they agree to change after view it or u keep on argue with them ?

Anyone playing Dungeon Hunters 2? When the game crashed I lost my save data x.x (eg phone call came in or something then game crash). Any idea how to save the data, couldnt find anything after some googling.

If not, any other hack n slash to recommend? =(

My gf's unit also have the same double light problem..

Will send it back to HTC for warranty.. Will they provide one to one exchange or jz repair the problem..? haha

By the way, i have 2 sets of CLEAR PROTECTOR Full Body Shield for HTC IS.. Bought it in US during holiday trip.. Do PM me if interested.. smile.gif

yup my set also have this dual icons when viewing at certain angles....mine is HT13 too....but other than that my phone seems to be good without any restart issue till date...so i felt the icon issue are less important....what if after i claim for new set then i got restart prob...? then would be headache for me...so i'm good with my phone...

Have you guys experience sometimes the scrn brightness will suddenly increase (set to default ) when you using the phone?

Not frequent , but it happenepd 2 or 3 times since I got my phone. Is it because I touch some short cut key tht set the brightness to default?
