i have a shell shocker for you dell launched new inspiron 14r
at rm 2349 online price you can get a i5 2410m+ radeon 6630m (480sps+gddr3)

now gt 540m/gt 550m they are on par or have the same caliber of radeon 5650/5730/6550/6570 gddr3

so graphic wise 6630 will beat gt 550m or will be equal to it so xps 15 have weaker gc than inspiron 14r btw 6630m is heavily downclocked @485 mhz you guys can easily oc to 600mhz~650 mhz.

also i want to some recommend about 13 inch light laptops within 2k with mid graphics like 6550 in it

only model i see is acer 3820tg with i3 380m+6550 is there any other brands? like this spec from asus/hp/dell/toshiba/msi/lenovo etc?

i really prefer a i5+6550 with a 13 inch.

it took almost 1 yr for msia to bring 3820tg so who knows when 3830tg will come here i am not waiting for it here also 3830tg has gt 540m

gt 540m vs 6550m is the same

i wish the new inspiron 14r specs in a light 1.8kg 13 inch inpiron 144 is bulky at 2.25 kg

u460 how much? and what spec?

are the dell sb models selling in dell outlets here?

n43sn? where ? whats the spec r u sure 3499?

np8130 for gamers within 4k budget just gaming only and good lcd screen with gtx 460m

hpdv6 for a bit gaming and style /looks

n53sn for multimedia/show off etc and mild gaming

for gaming gt 550m durability will only last this year it might not even last this because try running homefront/bulletstorm upcoming crysis2 fear 3 if it doesnt run smoothly at very high settings at 1366x768 then gt 550m fails.

about np8130 gtx 460m can run all games at 1920x1080p with max details only crysis and metro 2033 runs at high with 1600x900 according to tests and reviews if you want gaming for the upcoming games you can easily play at 1600x900 max detail if cant at 1080p using gtx 460m

g53jw at 4.5k is waste of money as no sandy b

dude you can get a np8170 at that price from cubehub

get n53sn at rm 3150 or the hp dv6 at 3699 even if u add more money i donth think u will get better specs than these 2 here buying locally from msia within 5k if 6k get m17x-r3 from lyn resellers

also for 5k consider import qosmio Q8102x or sager sager np8170/8150
