QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Apr 10 2011, 11:42 AM) 13"???QUOTE(lee_what2004 @ Apr 10 2011, 11:43 AM) price nearly like acer 5750gQUOTE(Revamperz @ Apr 10 2011, 11:56 AM) even as a fan of vaio. i would not recomend current SB n C series, malaysian SB got seriously poor spec. n the C still got SBridge issues plus the material used look cheap. quite disapointed in sony actually as my SR55 easyly one of the best laptop experience i ever had. if u used lappy as powerful as 5750 , im afraid ur gonna puke on SB perfomance. but sony vaio did have very very nice design... if ure seriously considering portability, then 14 is the way to go. 15 are just too huge to move around. these model should be good enuf if can wait ( or lucky for ready stock 4830tg n43sl vostro 3550 msi cr640 with pwning hd5850 @ rm3499 at courts ( stock are running loose fast! ) if cannot xps14 n43jm dell 14r 4750g a42sv so there, ur 6428823rd recomendations reply |

QUOTE(budakdegilz @ Apr 10 2011, 07:30 PM) thanks a lot... You would want to sacrifice the processing power for GPU power if you're into gaming so which is better in terms of performance i3-380UM+Intel® HD vs U5400+Intel® HD vs E-350+AMD HD6310 mainly for office work, surfing internet, watching movies and some games like racing games(NFS etc) and sport games(FIFA@NFL etc) So the AMD APUs would be the choice, and we're definitely spoilt for choice over here hehe Which AMD lappy to choose depends on the additional features i.e. USB 3.0, larger HDD etc. and of course, design~ Added on April 10, 2011, 8:12 pm QUOTE(djronzai @ Apr 10 2011, 07:18 PM) Vaio usually sells based on the design And most of the buyers are usually girls As for 13 inchers, I guess you better wait for a while as SB 13" are even rarer than SB 14" What caught my eye is the Acer 3830T and 3830Tg in Singapork, damn nice This post has been edited by [PF] T.J.: Apr 10 2011, 08:12 PM |

Based on the photo shown by Dell Malaysia here: For F1, F2, you just need to press it. Fn keys are used only when you want to adjust things like the brightness, volume etc. For Toshiba, you could map the function of each keys, I think you could probably do that as well for Dell Damn, I love the chiclet keyboards on the new Inspirons |

QUOTE(djronzai @ Apr 10 2011, 07:18 PM) Yep the new SB look cool, but i prefer older generation S with circular ring hinges. The new C also look nice but only on vids n pics, realife, the so called light reflex material look somekinda cheap plastic! Designs also actually on the top on my list on buying not only laptop but almost anything which strongly suggest my recent laptop purchase |
