Industry people who have reported their safety:

Cade Peterson from SCEJ and SCEI
Warren Keyes from SCE
Dylan Cuthbert from Q-Games
Hideo Kojima from Konami
Producers from Suda 51
Producers from Platinum Games
Fumito Ueda from SCEJ
Musician Baiyon from Q-Games/Media Molecule

These events have all been cancelled:

Mar 12/13: Ryuga Gotoku: Of The End Signing in Hiroshima and Osaka
Mar 12/13: Dragon Ball Zenkai Battle Royal Location Test
Mar 12/13: eb! Festa 2011 10 Year Anniversary Event
Mar 12: Blazblue: Continuum Shift II PSP Osaka Demo Event
Mar 13: Gundam The 3D Battle Demo Event
Mar 13: Dead or Alive Dimensions Demo Event
Mar 13: Monster Hunter Festa 2011 Fukuoka Event
Mar 13: Valkyria Chronicles 3 May'n Nameless SP Live
Mar 13: Blazblue: Continuum Shift II PSP/3DS Demo Event

These online services have been suspended:

Koei Tecmo - Nobunaga's Ambition Online, Uncharted Waters Online, Shin Sangoku Musou Online will be suspended for 1 week
Square Enix - Final Fantasy XI, Final Fantasy XIV and the PlayOnline service will be shutdown for 1 week
Capcom - Monster Hunter Frontier Online - mobile phone support has been discontinued until further notice
Sega - Phantasy Star Universe - service interruption may occur during rolling blackouts
Atlus - Shin Megami Tensei Imagine - service interruption may occur during rolling blackouts

Other various aspects of the game industry have been put on hold. For example, Jill and Shuma for MvC 3 have been delayed, probably because Capcom is likely to shut down their online services just like everyone else for power consumption reasons.

Disaster Report 4 has been cancelled, for obvious reasons. Surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, it jumped into the top ten of most anticipated games before the cancellation annoucnement.

These are relatively minor things in the face of much greater tragedy, but since the question came up and I've seen some news on it,I thought I'd share.

Magic Box is continually posting new updates on effects on the game industry. Here's the link, if you don't already have it:

Thanks for the updates. So far a few of the Japanese ebay sellers that I frequent are OK and posting new stuff up, but did note that shipping might be delayed.

One did suspend his ebay store until further notice.

Oh, and Play-Asia posted a message that items from Japan might get delayed....
