i wonder, can use amex to link with paypal for payment?

my mbb2u showed accounts for both cards, but havent receive yet. normal it takes how long for the card to arrive at my doorstep?

called MBB today, and they said petronas does not accept AMEX. weird, they got the stick outside their store, and i got rejected twice trying to pay in store...
the CS say only mobil, esso, and shell accept... |
