my maybankard 2 has been finally charged with GST, but it got waived automatically

yah i tried to pay TGV using paypal with AMEX, i got that error also

received cashback rebate on my mbb2 card this morning :

well mine is correct as i stopped using my amex gold since i got my mbb2 cards middle of january

the guardian pharmacist told me he was the first to buy the voucher also, apparently there is mega sales in may, so guardian is having sales at the time also?

the promo is available at Genting Highlands also, I tried it last weekend. Btw regarding merchant accepting AMEX , there is a freeze on new applications for AMEX merchant, my company tried to apply for AMEX service for our online business, was informed the HQ freezed all application for new AMEX merchants till further notice
