Such a friendly chap. I'm also deeply surprised when he said replacement card is always given out free because the last CS i talked to said a fee is chargeable. Anyway, my experience with Maybank is always a pleasant one thus far
Anyway, have any of you noticed anything wrong with the Treatpoints in your card account ? I've used both my MBB2 AMEX and MBB2 VISA and the TP in my MBB2 VISA is missing. I do however noticed an increase in the TP of my MBB2 AMEX which i suspect they may have transferred the TP accumulated through my MBB2 VISA over to my MBB2 AMEX account. Is this normal since i didn't request so ? I'm not sure if there is any missing TP, will only find out when the next statement comes next month.
