GST Redemption creditted just in time on Statement Date... nice one by MBB. Balance RM0.00 for Maybankard2 Visa.

Everyone should keep their Maybankard2 Visa balance at RM0.00, then hopefully their marketing people will provide better deals for Maybankard2 Visa holders.

i just got to view my maybank 2u for my mbb2kard for visa only, how come my amex dun have? it cant be viewed is it? i dun have other savings account

yup at a branch last Fr i& at 1st some staff say no account cant do online banking, i said nonsense ur customer service ppl say can, after checkin here n there with more senior members  finally can do so but almost 45 mins there

haha i told them i wan both, somehow fell for it when they say ask me to check online as it'll auto link the other card.

I have used my 10k TP to redeem the RM50 GST.

From my M2U I can see that the TP have been deducted, but I've yet to see the RM50 credited into my account.

Usually how long does it take for it to be credited?
FYI I redeemed it AFTER being charged for GST, not before.

same here. I did the transaction on Sunday (24/4)but until now it's not charged (to my Visa).
Is it just me or I noticed that Visa transaction is always slower to be in the system (compared to Amex)?

Or it is normally slower if transaction is done over the weekends?

Yup, I agree on that. So far have you tried any transaction with your Visa (in case Amex is not accepted?). How fast is the transaction posting?

My Maxis broadband was debitted on Saturday last month. Not sure for this month bill.

From Maxis website, it was stated that payment made on 30 March but MBB2 AMEX statement said posting date and transaction date fall on 2 April.

both my astro and maxis will be charged to card about 3 days after statement date of astro come out.

tnb, no specific, sometimes 6 days, sometimes 7 days.

yes the transactions were posted for 2 days in M2U...still no point reflected in TP other transactions which were posted much later (yesterday and this morning) already have their points credited

i managed 2 set pin for my Dua cards...but when i wanted withdraw i couldnt do so..then called them up n they replied that maybank 2 dont have that facility

now maybank2 cannot ask for amex + visa combination? only amex + master?
