Currently I got diners international. .can I proceed to klia lounge juz show them the card or any procedure needed??

Wanna ask is that possible card holders bring another person go to the lounge?currently im using diners international and there is a charge of rm80 per entry if not spending up to rm3000 in oversea,and im bringing my gf together..can she follow me by paying rm80 same as me or normal price?thanks for answer
