In the old days when I used to have an Amex Plat Charge card, the entry to Lounge is available even for non-card holder, as long as the ticket purchased is charged to the Amex card. If nothing has change, then you should be able to enter as Amex will issue a voucher in the name of the ticket holder. No card is necessary to be shown
