Seems like most members here are using Maybank or RHB to get into PPL. Anybody using HSBC Visa Signature to get in before? A bit confused with their T&C. Didn't want to go there and be told quota finished for the day:

The complimentary visits to the Lounge are limited to the first 9,863 Eligible Customer for Kuala Lumpur International Airport, 2,980 Eligible Customers for Singapore Changi Airport and 1,507 Eligible Customers for Hong Kong International Airport only on a first come first served basis throughout the Programme Period. Hi i just tried both marhaba lounge at dubai terminal b and terminal c. Buffet limited variety around 12 choices. Cakes. Fruits. Various coffee expresso machine. Juice. Wine whisky rum all free flow. Seats and tables nicely arranged better than klia ppl. food choice is better than klia ppl. Cakes at klia ppl better. If anyone transit dubai can also try emirates business lounge. Seems like accept pp. If fly emirates and transit more than 4 hours can get free meal from restaurants in airport (get coupon from emirates counter)

MBB VS can access Gateway@KLIA2 for the lounge, but not the private room to take a nap.

The sushi was fresh, cod fish tasted good, chawan mushi and garlic fried rice were so-so. End it with aloe vera ice tea. Buffet section is much better and more varieties than PPL. The Korean waitress at changi was very polite, courteous and sweet. Really extraordinary.

which credit card you used for this? thanks

have 2 question here,

1) UOB preferred platinum can't access KLIA and KLIA2 for free if didn't spend RM500 each month for continuous 3 months?

2) Since MBF are part of Ambank now and most of the ambank platinum card can access PPL for free, MBF platinum master card can enter for free too?

Last month when I was accompanying my fiance in KLIA2 at noon for her flight, I supp-ed my Maybank VS to her so we both went into the PPL@Gateway. Spent a couple of hours there before sending her off.

But minutes later, received a call that she missed her flight as gate was closed without any attendants around. They were probably all hanging around the cockpit. If it was me, I would have made a complaint. Anyways, cut long story short, booked another flight for 7pm and tried to go to PPL@Gateway again. Was told that even though it is unlimited entries, we are only permitted one entry per day.

Spent half a day in KLIA2 lol, as if I am not there enough already.

Probably the counter staff. Previously, I wanted to enter Wellness Spa using my RHB VS but was denied. She claimed that I entered PPL Gateway earlier. Upon checking with RHB CS, this is not true. Able to access as long as the quota is still there.

Usually the staff would not check anything. Unless the system flag it to counter over crowded in PPL
