Aeon gold card and cimb preferred card can enter klia2 plaza premier lounge
The one at gateway opens 24/7 but the smaller one near gate L8 closes from 12am til 4am

yeah went there 2 weeks ago using Aeon

Guys, wanna ask those quota based PPL access, do I check with the PPL or the bank regarding quota is full or not?

Crap UOB VI..luckily I have terminated it end of last year

When your card says free entry to all PPL in Malaysia, does it include SPA & Wellness center as well as the other two PPL before and entry to secured areas at KLIA?

Planning to use the PPL next week. I have Credit Card that gives so-called Free Entry and my wife also has a supplementary Card that gets free entry too

My question is:

a) Do I need to swipe 2 cards, my principal Card and my wife swipe her Supp Card

b) I have 2-young children, there is no charge right, below 6-yrs old

c) What do I need to say when I enter, like what package, etc. Understand that there are like few different packages and the free does not cover everything / all packages

d) When I swipe, does the Card auto deteact that its Free hence the slip does not show any charge

e) Out of curiosity, how much does the PPL cost if need to pay

i been there twice. it's called Wellness Spa, located next to Mcdonalds at Gate P & Q.. i must say this is the most authenticate PPL in klia2.. they provide foot massage but not sure whether it comes under complimentary or not, will ask again coz this wednesday i will be there too.

Does the complimentary access to Plaza Premium lounge with credit card give free massage also? or you have to pay extra once you enter the lounge.
