3. seriously dont like the OTP when sign in. i get delay on receiving OTP via sms. worst longest is 20minute. whereby it also expired the OTP when i use it.  doh.gif  need to request again.. sigh~
From my experience, OCBC is the best when it comes to sending SMS OTP, always within 1 minute. If you dont pefere SMS OTP, there are 2 other choices. Refer here:

Perhaps you need to spend near the current CL regularly to be able to convince them to need the higher CL? Bear in mind you dont earn any points or cashback once you reach the max RM50 cashback.

wat is hardware token for otp? is it same like the current banking securtity system like TAG(send pin via sms to hp)?
*
yea the same. The hardware token will generate the 6 digits OTP for you. You can opt for sms or mobile OTP too, 3 choices.
OTP = one time password

My 5% cashback is short by 8 cents. I added one by one manually manually and considered the round out effect. All transactions fall under the 5% catogery.

Something interesting. I inquired about this matter and the CS explained and give me this example:

My statement is 12 July to 12 August. If a purchase is made on August (a new month), before the statement date, and its 5% rebate is RM1.23, it will be rounded up to RM1.20. I will get the balance RM0.03 in the next cycle.

What is the best/cheapest way to pay for this card's bill if you do not have savings account with OCBC? If IBG from Maybank2u will be charged RM2 right? sad.gif

Thanks ppl!
*
Maybank basic saving account option 2 gives 50 cents for the first 2 IBG every month, but i reckon there are other cheaper options.

This is the BSA:
http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...al/ACC-Accounts

Your normal one charge you RM2 for every IBG. Need to open a new BSA if you want this feature.

Only Available for Credit Card Holders (1075)
what does it mean?
when i try other service like MPSJ
how come?

Hi, I think not able to pay TM using OCBC online. You can pay TM bills using OUB payonline or TMonline.

Got my annual fee waiver and cash bonus to offset the upcoming Service Tax credited in  rclxms.gif

Annual fee waiver credited in because you paid it previously and now it's credited back after 12 swipes?
Hmm so we have to pay the AF first, and not automatic.
