Totally agree on this. My CL for this card is RM1K as well. The CS practically  shocking.gif when I asked for a CL downgrade - asked why and I bluntly said - "The card is practically useless once my spendings exceed RM1K"

No further questions asked but the CS did say ... "Please call us if you need more CL".

why not putting it at safer limit eg. 2k.

normally when you pump petrol, it will first deduct 200 or 250 credit limit, no?

It is not discontinued but not accepting anymore new customers since a long time ago.
Those who has it ... are "Elites"! (Exclusive card)

wonder if OCBC will do that in the future. tongue.gif

Thanks, but I just noticed this in their website?
Did you sign up the EPP plan with OCBC?

Q7. How do I know if my bank supports the EPP?
A7. Your bank supports the EPP if it is one of the following:
• AmBank
• CIMB Bank
• Citibank
• HSBC
• Maybank
• Public Bank
• Southern Bank (now part of the CIMB Group)

So far, I feel that the OCBC CS is ok as well. No problem with OCBC so far.

As for why you met all the qualification, but you didn't get approved...
probably when you are applying, you have no credit history - you mentioned that you did not own any credit card prior applying to this card.

I'm telling this from my observation only...
