1. In the paper statement, can you see the breakdown of the rebate? in the statement at OCBC online, can only view the total rebate and having problem tracking down which transaction didnt get 5%.

Perhaps OCBC has classify it wrongly previously and now corrected it. Caring Pharmacy (Min RM30) and Guardian accepts AMEX, this could be an alternative.

Only get 1% for Aeon Bandaraya Melaka (supermarket).
Expected it to fall under grocery. 99% confirm because other transactions are clear cut petrol/dining/utilities. |
