anyone had tried the online bill payment today? i not keen to try with other portal. later rejected or stuck or watever, then stupidity to the max

Went to ATM for past 2 days to deposit money and pay CC, but the machine refuses to acknowledge my card or cannot detect my account number. Called hotline to ask but they say still upgrading.. Want to pay money but bank does not want to take it..

anyone with the experience buying gsc tix with the card..

how do i tell them about this buy one free one promo?

Did that about two weeks ago on John Carter. Just tell them you are paying with OCBC credit card will do. Make sure they are charging only RM10 to your card for 2x tickets.

normally u first insert your card first rite? try this instead , then after that or so it ask u key in account number or insert your card..something like that managed to deposit using this way when i tried yesterday..the normal way u insert the card first, it just ejects the card out well that's my experience anyway

just pay my bills half an hour ago, its working now

thanks for informing. yupe, works for me too.

That's why we should never pay our bill after a major system upgrade which gives us a MAJOR headache

P.s. No transaction got missing during system upgrade.

Just autobilling for merchant tat gives 5%, tats the purpose lessen the manual work....

Waited for almost 1mth, ....

How come ? I tot their systems back to normal.

I also just do bill payment using OCBC credit Card on their internet banking, no problem.

me too.. automatic waived RM50 GST.

if the card holder can max the benefit of this card, then can get
RM50 cash rebate x12 + RM50 GST (although it goes to govt)=RM650

not to mentioned other promotion/rebate

my application has been declined. I guess the declination is because of am i having no saving account from OCBC Bank? The staff is helping me to appeal again. Any chances more for me to appeal successfully? ..

Dun think that's the reason. I Dun have ocbc saving account as well

I though OCBC need to appeal yourself...
Anyway if you meet the requirement I see no reasons why they would reject u. However if you earn less then 3k and binded to the BSN rulling they will reject u. If more, no problem. The same thing happen to me
