Just use "Transfer" via Maybank2U, usually there'll be a processing fee of RM2 since it's via Interbank MEPS transfer.

The truth is, there is no right or wrong as everyone will have different cards in their stable and different spending pattern. As long as one can make the most of their card, then everyone is happy. I know I am biggrin.gif

If spend less than RM 10k, will the amount of "bonus" is pro-rated?
*
Nope. This is a tactic employed by OCBC, instead of the usual RM1 = 1pt

Ronnie, does that help to build up profile? Owning a "higher level card" first before applying for Titanium? If that's the case, how about owning an HSBC Amanah Platinum first (meĀ  biggrin.gif )?
*
Nothing to do with higher level card la. What Ronnie meant was, you could build up your credit record by getting another card first. In this case, SCB was suggested because they are having promo for new card holders, so you can get some cashback to negate the RM50 GST. However, bear in mind that there is no guarantee your application for OCBC Ti will be approved even after having a first card.

Hi,

I use auto debit for my utility bills ranging from RM50 - RM 400, why there  is no SMS alert, is it necessary to inform the CS to change the SMS alert threshold.

Previously, I used HSBC credit cards for auto debit and every transaction had SMS alert.
*
You need to submit a request form to change the threshold value

I believe you only receive sms alert from physical swipes.

I never receive sms alert for my online bill payments, but only receive for physical swipes.
*
i beg to differ. i just made a payment using TMonline and received sms alert.

Found this when I am trying to check on the CC billing date. Does that mean the RM50 cash rebate is from 12 to 12 or fallowing the month date?  hmm.gif
*
For OCBC Ti, the RM50 cashback follows the statement date.
