Is those outlets like Hush Puppies, G2000, Zara, Topman.. entitle for 5% rebate? How about parkson at the Spring, Kuching?
*
i think if you have you read the feature of the card, or at least 1st post, you will know the answer. 5% rebate is only applicable to the 4 catogeries.

This is major upgrade OCBC upgrade, hopefully the IT team can fully rectify the issue asap, i believe the IT team is working very hard and looking into the matter and to bring the system up.
*
of course they do, but calling the customer to inform that they have solved the problem and yet it remains unsolved doh.gif one of them should at least try making an online bill payment using cc to verify first tongue.gif

I've asked my colleague around me and they claimed that only successful case with saving account (sample of successful case is here), but forummer here said does not necessary, according to the agent too. Hmm ..
*
I have no saving or current acc with them either and i can assure you, there are many same cases. Anyway, you are not alone as quite a number of forumers also said their applications were rejected and have to appeal. 'notorious' history

As very much predicted, my application was rejected. mad.gif

Even the agent couldn't answer me as I fulfill everything. Now he'll help me to appeal again and with my EPF statement. sweat.gif

This card really lives up to its reputation. If it is unsuccesful also, you may try contacting one of the salesperson posted above. Get RM50 waiver somemore.

If apply through direct sales the documentation will b more simple like one month is enug  if u holding cc now...for telesales u need to provide bank statement as supporting docs if not the opportunity to get the card is low...the different is direct sales staff is mobile type so can travel but telesales is based at hq only...
*
isee, thanks smile.gif
problem is difficult to get hold of direct sales people

You guys might wanna consider MilesAndMore's tip up there. No point having very high credit limit for this card and this might just help you in your rating.
