This is better than motafoca's 2.0.9 final! Performance so far : Damn smooth and fast! Like turbo-charged! Very stable with no lagging. Phone is very responsive. Installed additional 10 apps (total about 100 apps installed so far) - Internal Phone Storage available space : 107MB My conclusion : Best rom (so far). Strongly recommended. |

QUOTE(alexysc @ May 11 2011, 10:58 PM) For this 2.3 rom, most of the apps are installed in your SDcard. If you required lots of apps, about 1GB for EXT4 and Linux Swap about 50MB will do. So you'll have 900 ++ MB left for storing your very own files like videos, songs, pictures etc. But this is flexible, depends on your own preference on how much apps you need. However, it's a must that all your partitions must be PRIMARY. thank you very much ^^Added on May 11, 2011, 11:52 pmi flash to 2.3, but at startup screen there keep force closed. wat's wrong with it? QUOTE(alexysc @ May 12 2011, 01:50 AM) Understand this Rom : i partition my sd card back to original mod. my internal memory is drop when install a apps. anyway, thanks for help. just want to test the performance of 2.3. ^^1) When you flash with your SDcard inserted, it uses your partitioned EXT4 as internal memory. That means to say, only certain apps are stored in your phone's internal memory and most apps are in your Ext4 partition. 2) You try to install some apps and if your internal memory remains constant, that means you already have auto apps2sd working. (for my case, after flashing, I have 145MB as internal memory. And after installing about 80 apps, my memory shows the same, ie still 145MB. Then I installed another 10 apps, and my internal memory shows 143 MB. This means certain apps are being stored in the phone's memory and most are in the Ext4. Added on May 12, 2011, 1:55 am Use card reader to make partition. If it shows your sdcard as damaged, use Mini Tool Partition Wizard to restore it. 1) Delete all partitions. 2) Format all partitions. 3) Do your partitions again, ie. FAT32, EXT4 and Linux Swap. 4) Format your SDcard USING YOUR COMPUTER - THIS IS IMPORTANT! DON'T USE MADTEAM'S APPS2SD TO FORMAT OR PARTITION. (I don't know why, I've tried using MadTeam's Apps2SD to partition and format and it never works for me , instead it shows my SD card as damaged!) Then flash again with your sdcard inserted. |
