just curious, if some are already running on motafoca which is 2.2, why bother to revert back to this froyo from samsung? especially since motafoca seems to offer better performance?

I am not planning to go back for official rom, since my link2sd and other stuffs are working. Btw motafoca soon will come out another version.

Hi, i've installed Froyo from original Eclair yesterday. All works well. But need to hard reset after installation otherwise message will come out "Sorry! The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".

As mentioned before, I believe those who have previously tried out different mods and decided to flash back to eclair, it wont update. Not sure if the Eclair version we have Malaysian or not? Have a look at my post few pages back. Again, I may be wrong.

Anyway, I updated my GF's phone (stock Eclair from day 1) and tried it out. It's really not much. In my opinion Mota's mod is still way better. I will be switching back my G5 to Mota's mod once the newer one comes out

For those who like SOMETHING NEW to their phone, the will keep flashing either using metafoca's rom or official rom.. They love to EXPLORE... No big deal...

correct me if i'm wrong....what i search from samfirmware ...and others web says that india f/w is DDJG4 , DDJG5 or DDJH1 but for south east asia SEA (mal, indo,viet,thai.sg br) the code is DXJG5...so if ur phone is DXJG5 that mena ur f/w are for SEA.
