I'm going to flash to 2.10. I've done mistake while flashing to 2.09 before. I lost all my sdcard data including contact. Hope i't will not happen again. So I'd like to ask fist before flashing. Not flash 1st then ask. My QUESTION is.. How to backup all my data (sms messages/calendar/contact & etc). Before flashing to 2.09, I've backup using Titanium backup. After proceed the App2sd, it wipe all data. How to restore if all my data in sd card been swiped. What is the CORRECT way to backup data before proceed to App2sd process?

I really don't understand what u guys talking about.. subskype? ext4 partition? dalvik-cache? fat32? Mind to share what are these term?

1. backup all your system and app by using titanium backup
2. then copy all your sd content to pc using data cable.
3. open odin and flash as usual.
4. in recovery mode..select wipe data/factory reset.(yes all user)
5. reboot phone.
6. do the partition. if u have done the partition before u don't need to do it anymore( preferred if just used 459 for first and 140 for second partition if ur card below 4G).
7. format ur FAT32 partition using PC or type mkfs.vfat /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 in terminal emulator or using adb .
8. Copy all content of SD that u stored in PC before to ur SD card
9. root again ur phone.
10. install titanium backup, push menu button and select batch and restore all missing app and system with data.
11. reboot ur phone.
12. done

what are the procedures? i need detail guild lines to do it hehe...

Whats the diff btw 2.9 and 2.10? any significant diff? this link u gave me for the gps http://www.multiupload.com/VXXROHWR2R how do it work? i just need to put it to my i5500 folder and just reflash?

extract downloaded file. open odin the just pick one package. select extracted files. then flash. nothing will change except compass. no need to backup.

sorry for asking this noob question means i need to press on the (volume down key, center navigator buttom and on/off buttom ya to star the flashing?

yes.. but remember this is only for 2.0.9.

okey im using 2.0.9 i try it just now and it ask for my ops at the ops option do i put in the EUROPA_v1.0.ops? and do i need to tick the 3 button which are auto reboot, one package and protect ops?

Added on March 29, 2011, 1:13 pmzam.. 2.1.0 still beta.. i reflash back to 2.0.9 final because in 2.1.0 sometime when people call, the screen wont come out. just idle.

Guys We have reverted back to 2.0.9 for now, as the 2.2.1 Froyo from Galaxy Mini is not as stable.
Also this ROM is overclocked. 700MHz!

ROM 2.0.9.1 just release. This time its overclocked to 700MHz !

Overclock means battery drain much faster?
