its not because 2.0.9, that problem will occur when too many process/service run in background then home apps got killed when you clear memory using task manager.

did you do reset after flashing? and also uninstall your apps first from the market before you flash as after flashing, the apps which you've installed earlier from the market will be automatically download and install on your phone too. i suspect this may be the reason for the lagging and black screen.

I've experienced this problem too, but after I did the above, it solved the problem. But it still lags once in awhile..only for a few seconds.

thanks for the reply curiouso9, after install the kies, i can see it from command prom when i type 'adb devices' i can see a bunch of list come out...
but i still cant get to see my device on SDK...is there still any step i missed out??

y whn i flash via odin, it always stuck at "setup connection" and never move from here after an hour or so...? steps followed via the tutorial

any solution to that problem? my background apps seems to auto run even after I kill all the apps. there seems to be 13 background apps for me

i thinks too many app service.. uninstall some... about home launcher get kill. try use launcher like launcherpro then set it as system persistent. so it will not be killed when memory is low.

1. make sure u have partion ur sdcard.
2. make sure all ur partion are primary...not logical....if not it wont works.
3. make partion as first =fat32 , 2nd= linux ext2/3 with max about 1024Mb and3rd= linux swap max about 200mb but i prefer 150mb with 4 g sdcard.

if all have done but have bootloop then while in boot loop try run abd shell reboot recovery... wipe data/factory reset....

to anyone using madteam rom. dont swap if your sdcard is class 2. its slow down your phone.

may i ask how to know that my sdcard is class 2?

did somebody try flashed compass fix "boot-img-test6.tar" to the official 2.2 firmware ?

I've tested it.... the compass is working on the official rom. no need to flash.

for some maybe have lag issue if using class 2 sd card....but i have never have problems of lags although my card is class 2....may luck count on what type sdcard u using. mine just cokia scandisk 4g class2

so i flashed back to latest official froyo then only i re do this..

and now it worked. =]

its wrote on your sdcard. check in circle..

MADROM 2.2.1 cant use googlemaps?? how come i can installed it in my G5??
