I have been looking around and receiving advises from friends that have renovated their homes.

Some said its better to go for a KC specialists so you don't have to have headache about the design works and quality?
Is that true?
I feel it's very typical and slightly more expensive

Some said its better to go for a Carpentry contractor so you can have own design and quality can be just as par in fact better sometimes.
Only problem is contractor does not share their ideas but follow exactly what you have in mind only.

So what's your opinion?
Which one do you prefer? Mind sharing your experience like what to expect and what suppose to do? Pricing wise? etc
Would appreciate if you can provide me the contact of your preferred choice too.

anyway, the kitchen is for cooking and it will be used frequently. visitors maybe not many. perhaps less to none.

my point is actually whether anyone tried engaging contractor that just do what most owners have in mind and whether the quality and price is better.

from the forum i read, even kc specialists might not be satisfactory to some extend so why not use a contractor then?
