Another option is online grocery shop.  normally do that if I m too busy or too lazy to go shopping mall..

No matter how beautiful Twin Palms Kemensah is, it is useless unless you work around that area....or want to be close to city/KLCC.

No clubhouse for this haven.

i kinda like this Twin Palm living style & Concept & Design .
so any Semi D prices less than RM900k ?   

Thinking of place a booking for MAYA, SMD. But cannot decide which type is better. Type A , Type B or Type C? -.-"

Type A the ground floor too small. Don't know what to do with that area. Type C only leave the one facing T junction and Type B all sold out. Why type B sold out so fast?

Added on June 17, 2012, 6:20 amWent around kajang to check the SMD, viridian, tropicana cheras, mutiara villa, garden residence, nadayu 92, east park 72, jade hills, hijauan residence...the peak cheras and finally place my booking in TP...   

Yupe, those no red sticker is still available. The bubble pool is the jacuzzi facilities in the club house. The picture is type A show unit. ^.^**

For phase 1, Type A have a garden at 2nd floor, type C has the largest layout but leave junction unit. The 2nd phase don't have type A but got type b1 and c1, and phase 3 got b2 and c2.

Ya, I book type A cause think I can open the sliding door and acess to garden anytime since is in 2nd floor. Type A master room got bathtub. I m thinking of use the guest room as study room. Ya, the groud floor still haven't figure out wat it for.  Any suggestion? 

ya, my parent also think prayer place need to be same level with the living room. But ground floor is cool And chill, think can be a another reading area with a nice sofa bed for afternoon nap. 

Some ppl also comment type A not suitable if yr house has Old folk cause need to Climb stairs but I think is manageable still. Not big concern. Still got 3 nice unit. One is the show house. If u really like it, can consider as maya phase 2 and 3 no more type A design.

2 semi D is 8000 sqft!

Wall cracks are just hairline.  Some minor water marks.  They fixed everything and will come whenever you call them during the year.  Usually within 24 hours.  The wood floor had lots of scratches, so they polished and lacquered it again.

No cracked tiles or uneven flooring...so far so good.  The concrete ceiling is damn hard.  Dont even try drilling a hole to fix your lights unless you have heavy duty drills.

The walls are quite solid too.  Not easy to drill through unlike my old house which used sand bricks.

Added on August 9, 2012, 8:51 pmEh...just came back from mad KL today.  What a messy day!  All highways clogged up.  Getting on the SILK highway was like a private highway  welcoming us home.    That is why we hardly ever go out nowadays.  Why stress when we can de stress at home?

My mum started to ask who is going to clean the house later....
I'm replied her to lock all the place that not in use such as toilet! 

Wow..nice! Mind to share with us which country u going?
Ya, should book a unit, then after 2 years u can move it.. already...
