he went for his first "swim" today... at first he din like it due to cold water... slowly he could float on his own n even tip toed on the floor  is it good news?

that's good news!! I suggest getting that body warmer (but it's from mothercare) suit. It helps to keep babies warm in the water..and they can stay in the water longer too.
