i think better wait few more months for Nokia to get a better quality and QC AMOLED display first for now. Still too new for NCC to handle this issue, scared that their spare part display all also got same issue. Unless right now we got some dare devils here willing to send to NCC as guinea pigs
Btw, the colour banding issue on the AMOLED will be more obvious with Dark Grey N8 with the original theme. And when watching videos or when u taking low light photo, sometimes very obvious also the issue

For those who are using A-GPS, can try to add in supl.google.com as the first Positioning server then only the second, supl.nokia.com.
Located under, Settings > Application Settings > Positioning > Positioning server

Already tested and confirmed that Google server is faster than Nokia for A-GPS. Tested with Maxis 3G and Digi 3G for both positioning server and supl.google.com got better ping and less packet loss compared with supl.nokia.com.

Results are Ovi Maps and Garmin XT satelites locking are faster!

Desire HD and N8 both compare spec side by side, lose kao kao. Got a big screen but not AMOLED. Camera no custom modes. Bluetooth 2 only. No tv out. HD recording oso cacat. Good side is the *Gween Lobot* OS good only.

but i found that my N8 also very clear under sunlight without CBD. Last time 5800XM cant see anything under sunlight

those DNA brand memory card reliable or not? Anyone here using it for their N8? Damm cheap.

just now at PC Expo i asked for Class 10 16gb micro sd and they told me RM125, can test before buy

i thought DNA memory card already from a local company, still need to fake meh?
Btw, Nokia memory card disapointed me already. All those 8GB Class 6 Nokia micro SD that came with my previous 5800xm (3 set of it) got issue on data corruption.
