As regard to the authorized draftman by Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS), how could we ensure the draftman/artichet who we appointed for the permit application is genuine that he is not selling the copied pelan but will submit the actual pelan that belong to our actual extension ?

when he give u the plan for client signing u can check the drawings...
