I can't remove the water stains on my SG layer. I think that speaks for itself ( =

If you SG, amke sure your car is usually out of the rain... Otherwise, the watermarks will etch on, and unlike a normally waxed car, where the etching will likely be on the wax layer, and you can re-wax after polish, or just wax to cover up the pits, you can't do that with an SG'ed car.

After a wash now, my car is still very shiny and overall, ncie. But look closely and you will see the watermarks.

Nope, don't have the whistling sound.

I just talked to Choong today, he said specifically not to wax your car after SG, if will break down the SG layer.... So if you're struggling with water spots, waxing is not the solution, according to him.

Aaaaaaanyway... My car just got butt-raped. rclxub.gif Taxi couldn't brake in time. Arrgh, hate the hassle.

Sorry Shorty, but can I cancel? No idea how long it will take to repair my car, as they may not have Inspira bumpers in stock. Can't join tt this weekend, and even though got spare car, I don't want to carry the boot tray around for 1-2 weeks waiting for my car to come back from workshop >.<

this is not a real problem~  laugh.gif

Well, there are niggling issues like absorber making "nyek" sounds in the morning, some have whistling sounds at high speed (not me), some have fitment issues like plastics loose, bonnet not aligned, some say there's petrol smell after pumping, but I think that's more of a contaminated hand rather than actual fumes leaking in, I don't have any smell that lasts longer than 10-15 minutes. Other than that, so far I think nothing much. One person has written about pinging, but honestly, none of us have pinging issues so I have no idea what's that about. Overall, the problems are small.

You can calculate the loan yourself >.<

For Q1, If I'm not wrong, the difference between 1.8 CVT and 2.0 CVT = Auto headlamps and wipers, extra chrome bits, paddle shifters, bigger CC engine (duh), free GPS, and bodykit. I think that's all?

Asked me to bring it in again some day, make an appointment and he'll see what he can do. Anyway, no point going now as my bumper will need to be replaced first >.< Wonder how much he'll charge if I want to Re-SG the bumper.

^That's why they are butthurted fanboys.... They already got butthurted by P1 but can't bash P1 due to having risk on getting sued.... So they can only bash whoever that comes here and say something -ve on Inspira..... Typical coward..... But then they will be a winner here because they got a big group here to twist the facts....
And when they see someone similar to me, they will just relate it to me..... Because they already out of ways.... So frying back old rotten rice.....
Infront here they may speak out loud how superior their Inspira are, but outside they can only quietly send their car for repair here and there....
Please, pity these group of cowards, really. They just want more people to join them, just leave them be.
*
LOL! You actually think we care that much to link him to you? AHAHAHAHAAHA LOL!

QUOTE(kyheng @ Mar 17 2011, 10:14 AM)
Well, is still better than you at any sense.... Is this jealousy? Well, as long as you are happy on simply labelling, suits you.
Inspira's problem is same as other models? Well, dream on. Just the paint quality is the worst among all the current models P1 are selling. Are you guys defending Proton? No, you are prasing Proton like god..... Which is worst than defending it.
Still, for a coward like you got nothing to insult me, will just use "you don't own 1 Inspira"... Got any other points?

Added on March 17, 2011, 10:15 am
Well, is still way lesser than the fanboy club....
*
LOL! Are you serious? I've owned 4 generations of proton vehicles. This the best paint quality I've seen so far. Gosh, you are really full of it. HAHAHAHA!

u think its me that labels u tht way, i would say all who knws u say the same thing as many has pointed out, its your attitude.
please shut down the club if u think the car is bad and why bother to be so interested?to me its just a car and nothin special or perfect.
problems may be different but wat im tryin to say its other models have their on sets of problems.

on wat point the paint quality is bad? care to explain?
how do u knw?

next round will change to fully synthetic, see can reach 15km/L or not.

I managed 15.4km/l (meter) on the Kesas Highway happy.gif 1.8MT

Update on the Air Intake Snorkel and Cover:

I have managed to get a local accessory shop to supply and install the snorkel and cover in Kepong, its at Rainbow Kepong.

Rainbow Kepong will even cut the hole (to improve air intake from the bumper, similar to SitYong pic) and add a piece of wire mesh for all owners who wanna get the full set of snorkel and cover, all in for RM220.

Take note that the price is very close to what I can get from Vox Motorsports in JB, thus saving us the hassle to DIY, cut and install....

Just mention Steven from Proton Inspira Club, plum red with plenty of LED, asked you to get it from him...  brows.gif  brows.gif
